At BOXIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
